He began his career in 1989 as a freelance professional for various major law firms in Genoa and Milan, in addition to working as a specialist at the Università di Genova and the Università Cattolica di Piacenza, where he served as an adjunct professor for classes on corporate governance.

He personally takes part in special operations, both in-land and cross-border, such as capital markets, public takeover bids, startups for real estate asset management, and those providing service in the area of non-performing loans (NPL).

From 1997 to 2014, he was part of Gruppo Pirelli, where in 2000 he became General Counsel to listed subsidiary companies that were part of Gruppo Pirelli Real Estate. While holding this position, he maintained relationships with Supervisory Agencies, reporting directly to the top ranks of the company for all complex corporate operations, as well as for governance issues following the Group's rapid expansion.

He contributed to setting up a system of auditing and administration for the company, as well as its related information flow.

In 2016, he and Alessandro Chieffi founded CG Partners, a law firm-boutique that subsequently merged into Koiné.

In 2018, he qualified as an Élite Expert in cooperation with KoboFunds/Borsa Italiana.

He has held the position of President of the Board and/or of internal committees in limited companies, whether subsidiaries or not.

He is the author of several publications on corporate topics, and he serves as a lecturer at conventions and seminars.
